Shipping Policy – FENERA (EU & Germany)
Thank you for shopping with FENERA! We are pleased to offer shipping across Germany, the European Union, and select international destinations. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays, in accordance with courier schedules.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout, based on your location and selected delivery method.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your delivery in real-time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside of Germany, customs duties, tariffs, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.

FENERA is not responsible for any additional charges imposed during or after shipping. These costs—including import duties, local taxes, or customs processing fees—are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority to understand any applicable fees before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
FENERA is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fenera.de with supporting photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
